Active Stretching with Karen Noel – Thursdays from 11am to 12pm – Come into your own with self-awareness training. Explore the link between yogic breath and guided, aligned stretching. Restore and relieve overburdened muscles and stiff joints. Elongate your body and clear your busy brain.

Knitting Club – Wednesday, May 5 and Wednesday, May 19 at 7:30pm – Meetings are being held via Zoom. Email to receive a link to join.

Adult Book Club – Tuesday, May 11 at 7:30pm – The Adult Book Club will be discussing Hamnet by Maggie O’Farrell (available on Libby as an eBook or audiobook). To receive an invite, email Out-of-towners welcome!
