- Adult Art Showcase

The Demarest Library is offering a way for patrons to showcase their art!
How to Apply
In order to apply, you will need to tell us a little about who you are and why you'd like to feature here in our building. Each artist will be able to hang up their work in the Community Room and in our lobby area for a short time. You will also need to read through our Art Display policies and print & sign our "Agreement to Exhibit" form.

Please email our Programming and Outreach Associate Reilly at reilly.hacker@demarest.bccls.org - thank you! We're looking forward to seeing your application!

They also host an active email list that includes tip, stories, and reminders about yarn sales! Email thedemarestknitters@outlook.com to join.
Sorry, this is not a knitting class. But the library does have an extensive collection of knitting books (including for beginners!) located in the central aisle of the adult bookshelves under 746.432. (Can't find 'em? Ask a librarian! We're happy to help.) The Emerson Community School typically offers an Intro to Knitting class for some hands-on learning – contact them at 201-262-5502.
