Demarest: Historically Speaking – Tuesday, December 7, 11am at the Demarest Train Station – Borough historian Mary Anne Clarke will present an overview of the history of Demarest. Registration required. Please wear a mask.
Centering Meditation – Thursdays, 11am to 12pm, except Thursday, December 23 and Thursday, December 30 – Come participate in this holistic healing series for the holidays. Classes will incorporate mindful movement, breathwork, and activation of specific acupuncture points for enhanced stability of the busy brain! Open to all levels.

Health Consultation – Monday, December 20 from 10am to 11am in the library conference room – drop in at the library for a free health consultation with a registered public health nurse.
