Chess Club

We meet every Saturday from 10:00 to 11:30 am* in the Children’s Room! All levels are welcome, athough basic knowledge of chess is needed. This is an open drop-in play, and registration is not required. Come play chess with other players!

The Chess Club is run by volunteers Amrita, Yahli, Bentley, Yoav, Pritish, and Yujeong. Space and chessboards are limited, so please be patient if your child cannot play immediately. We encourage children to learn from observing games.

Please remember that children ages eight and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times, and children cannot visit the library alone until the age of eleven.
