Living Yoga on and off the Mat with Karen Noel – Thursdays from 11am to 12pm – Learn how to utilize traditional yogic methods in your everyday life with this ongoing yoga program hosted by our resident teacher, Karen Noel. Sessions will include philosophy, meditative movement, and breathing practices.
Breathing for Better Sleep – Wednesday, February 24 at 7pm – This lecture will educate us on the benefits of practicing specific routine breathing methods for enhanced sleep. Simple techniques will be demonstrated and explored.
