Art Workshop: Soap Pump Bottles – Thursday, February 17, 10am to 12pm at the Demarest Train Station – Bernadine will show you how to paint a soap pump bottle with a beautiful mandala design. All supplies included.
Tame the Monkey Mind in Meditation – Thursdays, 11am to 12pm on Zoom – Calm the endless chatter in the mind through the experience of simple guided meditation, gentle movement, and focused breath methods.
