Morning Yoga – Tuesday, August 2 and Tuesday, August 16 at 10:30am at the Train Station – Join us for a spiritual somatic experience of hatha yoga, a body and mind purifying practice which combines slow poses, breath work, and meditation.Together we will breathe, stretch, explore our bodies, and reconnect to our true selves. No previous experience required – all levels are welcome!

Yoga for Strength & Softness – Thursdays, 11am to 12pm on Zoom, except Thursday, August 4 – Immerse yourself in a routine practice for enhancing physical and mental strength with an emphasis on self-care, self-love, and self-compassion.
