Yoga for Peaceful Calm – Thursdays, 11am to 12pm on Zoom, except Thursday, June 16 – Regulars and new registrants are invited to join Karen Noel for a weekly Zoom yoga and meditation session devoted to interior focus and external poise. Engage in an ancient practice and watch how quickly it can become a way of life! Demarest: Historically Speaking – Wednesday, July 13 at 6:30pm, library Programming Room – Borough historian Mary Anne Clark will present an overview of the history of Demarest and the surrounding area.
