Bee Breathing and Full Body Yoga – Thursdays from 11am to 12pm – Bhramari Pranayama, or Bee Breathing, can be used to calm the agitated mind. It helps with headaches, concentration and memory. Full body yoga will be incorporated into this morning practice with our regular yoga teacher, Karen Noel
Victory Garden Talk – Tuesday, March 16 at 4:00pm – Anthony Bracco of Bracco Family Farms shares the advantages growing your own produce and methods for adapting small farming techniques for a backyard garden. This program will focus on preparing your garden, choosing what to grow and where to find safe seeds, and extending the season to enjoy your garden longer.
Relax and Renew with Jyoti – Wednesday, March 31 at 7:00pm – As we enter a new season, let us take some time for self care to renew and energize. Holistic Health Practitioner Jyoti Nebhnani will demonstrate how to prepare a soothing and nourishing scrub that will leave your skin glowing. She will also share ways to relax with essential oils and meditation.
