Small Spaces Gardening – Wednesday, March 23, 4pm, Demarest Train Station – No space? No problem! There are other ways to grow a bountiful harvest of your favorite vegetables and fruit on your balcony, deck, or patio. Join Anthony Bracco for his “Small Space” lecture and learn to maximize the potential of your space.

Mind/Body Gentle Yoga – Thursdays, 11am to 12pm on Zoom – Calm the endless chatter in the mind through the experience of simple guided meditation, gentle movement, and focused breath methods.

ESL Conversation Group – Wednesdays from 1pm to 2:30pm at the Demarest Library – Join us for a relaxed conversation group. Registration is not required. For more information, email orla.cassidy@demarest.bccls.org. Please note the starting Wednesday, March 16, ESL Conversation Group will meet upstairs in the library.
