Breathwork / Morning YoQi Flow – Thursdays from 11am to 12pm – Explore the life force matrix through breath and mindful movement; flow freely with the fusion of yoga and qigong.

Health Consultation – Monday, October 18 from 10am to 11am at the Demarest Train Station – drop in for a free health consultation with a registered public health nurse. Services include cardiac assessment, podiatry, balance evaluation, memory assessment, and individualized counseling and education. For more information call 201-935-8852.
Check-In with the Director – Tuesday, October 19 from 10am to 11am at the Demarest Train Station – stop by to chat with the library director, Parinda Desai, about what you want from the library. Coffee and doughnuts will be served. No registration required.
Navigating College Admissions Successfully – Tuesday, October 26 at 7:00pm – Join Ron Feuchs and Jackie Tepper, partners at Stand Out For College, LLC for a Zoom presentation to help families understand how COVID-19 has changed the college admissions landscape and how it will affect juniors, sophomores and freshmen. This program covers how admissions officers are handling the current situation and how students can position themselves to develop a compelling narrative to increase their chances for admission.
